By using Throwmx, you agree to these terms. The service is for lawful privacy protection and inbox management, and must not be used for fraud, harassment, ban evasion, or disrupting other people’s systems.
Short-term limits
Temporary addresses last up to 24 hours and are not suitable for long-term account recovery.
No abuse
Do not use the service for fraud, spam, infringement, ban evasion, or attacks on systems.
Use your judgment
Use a reliable long-term email address for important accounts, and keep essential records and recovery options.

1. Acceptance and eligibility
By accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have the capacity to enter into these terms and will comply with applicable laws. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. Users who have not reached the age of independent consent in their location should have a guardian review these terms and assume the corresponding responsibility.
2. Service description
Throwmx provides temporary inboxes without login, plus forwarding aliases and limited-term archives that can be managed after login. Both features handle inbound email only and cannot send email on your behalf.
Features, domains, quotas, and the interface may change for security or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the core purpose clear, but do not promise that any address, domain, or third-party compatibility will remain unchanged forever.
3. Temporary email lifetime
Temporary mailboxes are valid for 3 hours by default and can be extended, but their total lifetime is limited to 24 hours from creation. After expiration, destruction, or an address change, the old address and messages may not be recoverable.
Do not use a temporary address for important accounts that require long-term recovery. You accept the risk of missed notifications or lost account access caused by choosing an unsuitable email type.
4. Forwarding accounts and security
The forwarding service identifies users through a verification code sent to their login email. When two-factor authentication is enabled, you must also protect your authenticator and recovery process. Do not share tokens, intercept someone else’s verification code, or access an account without authorization.
Aliases must be used lawfully. If you discover that your credentials have been exposed, sign out immediately, pause the affected aliases, and contact support to prevent further harm.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the service to protect your real email address, manage subscriptions, and complete lawful short-term tasks. You must still follow the target website’s rules for registration, temporary email, and account numbers.
Being technically able to receive email does not mean you are allowed to bypass a platform’s policies. You are responsible for your registrations, received content, and subsequent actions.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, harassment, spam, intellectual property infringement, malware distribution, or obtaining unauthorized data. You must not use multiple addresses to evade bans, promotional limits, voting rules, or identity checks.
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, send excessive automated requests, or attempt to bypass access controls. We may limit abnormal traffic and reserve the right to investigate clear abuse.
7. Content and third parties
Email content comes from third-party senders, and Throwmx does not endorse its accuracy, safety, or legality. Use your own judgment before opening links or attachments or following instructions in an email.
Third-party websites may reject temporary email addresses or forwarding domains, and may change their delivery policies. We cannot control their acceptance criteria, sending speed, or account decisions.
8. Retention, quotas, and limits
The service uses lifetimes, archive periods, and quotas to keep resources fair. Data beyond these limits may be deleted automatically, and unusual access may be rate-limited.

9. Intellectual property and feedback
The site’s brand, interface, code, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service personally; they do not transfer ownership.
We may use suggestions you provide to improve the service, but this does not give us rights to your email content. To report infringement, provide enough information to locate the material and explain your lawful rights.
10. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis and may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, security incidents, or causes beyond our control. The free service is not guaranteed to be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every critical use.
When necessary, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact. You should maintain an alternative channel for important communications.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or account access. Where a jurisdiction does not allow all limitations, its mandatory rules apply.
Any liability will be determined under applicable law, taking into account the free nature of the service, foreseeable risks, and the conduct of both parties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate unlawful conduct, or personal injury where the law prohibits exclusion.
12. Suspension, termination, and contact
We may suspend access, delete abusive resources, or terminate an account for violating these terms, harming users or the service, or receiving a valid legal request. Where circumstances allow, we will provide a reason or an appeal channel.
