If you will not need further contact after completing the task, use temporary email. If a service’s terms prohibit temporary domains, respect that restriction.
If you might cancel a subscription, recover a password, or receive security alerts later, a forwarding alias is the safer choice.
Use a reliable permanent email address. Even if an alias can remain active, do not depend on an identity that could be deleted at any time for critical notifications.
If so, do not use an address that lasts 24 hours at most. Your account-recovery path must outlive the account itself.
